When should you go to the next size of diaper? Whenever you question whether you should or not, you probably should. The next size up is going to offer more room for absorbency and will avoid leakage better. This is assuming you don’t have a chicken-legged child that has a gaping diaper around the legs in the next size up- then you might be better off staying with the smaller size a bit longer.
The new diapers always seem huge when you first switch to them and you think your child will never grow into and past that size. But alas- we just keep feeding them so they just keep growing. Ironically- it is also the feeding that necessitates the diaper. Feeding them causes a lot of problems- let's consider that.
