...I would argue that it is sometimes the pain in things that make you appreciate them the most... it is my unconditional willingness to endure the middle-of-the-night feedings, the cleaning up of vomit, the screaming for no good reason, etc that makes me realize how much I love my child and love raising him...

Mixing a Bottle... AND Eliminate Arm Flab

I have done some major acrobatics trying to shake all of the formula lumps out of a bottle. I look like an idiot. And it really just causes other problems such as bubbles and spillage.

We use a formula pitcher mixer. It's a gem. We don't but you can mix up to 4 bottles at once and then put it in the fridge for use throughout the day. That would then lead to the necessity of bottle warming so I just make it one bottle at a time but I have had friends that did it that way and loved it.

Now, don't get me wrong. I don't bring the formula pitcher mixer with me everywhere. I still do the bottle shake when we are out and about but I appreciate that the baby is getting smooth formula at home. Maybe my arm jiggle could use a few more bottle shaking sessions... it could become the mommy shake weight. BRILLIANT. Don't take my idea.
