My child has started taking to teething on his crib. It looks like we don’t feed him enough and he has chosen to have a midnight snack on the rail of his crib. Never fear, they evidently have solutions for this.
There is a crib rail cover by Leachco that works well. Not the most attractive thing I have ever seen but it does the job. If you are handy with a needle, it doesn’t seem to be too difficult of a thing to make (but really, who am I to say). They also have an adhesive gummy cover but reviews say that this doesn't stay affixed well and takes the crib paint with it.
In reality, I would just like him to stop chewing on his crib but I haven’t figured out an effective way to tell HIM that yet. Something I’ll work on now that I have this crib rail cover issue taken care of.
